I have started observing the three main factors that will shape the crypto market in 2026, and they are quite interesting. The answer to when cryptocurrencies will rise in the second half of this year seems to largely depend on these developments.
First, the policy decisions of central banks and governments worldwide regarding digital assets are becoming clearer. The establishment of this legal framework will directly influence crypto prices, as it will attract institutional investors to the market. Regulatory announcements we've seen in recent months are signaling strong indications in this direction.
The second factor is technological advancements. Infrastructure projects surrounding Bitcoin and other major crypto assets are expected to go live in 2026. Layer 2 solutions and scalability improvements will expand use cases, which will naturally impact price dynamics.
Third, institutional adoption is accelerating. Traditional financial institutions allocating more space to crypto portfolios are bringing significant liquidity into this market. If this flow continues, the answer to when cryptocurrencies will rise will become quite clear.
I believe these three developments will be particularly influential in the second half. Of course, the market is always full of surprises, but current trends look very promising. Following these kinds of developments closely on Gate is important to act at the right time.
