Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 11th, B.AI, the AI infrastructure platform, released an explanation of the optimization and compensation for historical Credits consumption records. As the Credits billing system and display dimensions continue to be upgraded, the platform recently conducted a comprehensive review of historical consumption records. During this process, it was found that some requests between May 1, 2026, 00:00 and May 3, 2026, 03:00 (SGT) had incomplete cost breakdowns displayed in the front-end, mainly because underlying cache-related costs were not fully shown on the page. Users could typically only see input/output token consumption, leading to misunderstandings about overall Credits consumption.

In response to this issue, the platform has completed data correction and realigned with the historical records. Additionally, it will automatically issue Credits compensation to affected accounts based on more cautious and user-friendly rules (valid for 30 days from the date of receipt). No user action is required; please monitor your account balance updates. B.AI will also continue to upgrade the Credits display system to further improve long-term transparency and user experience.
