Just saw that Jack Mallers' Twenty One Capital is making moves. Apparently Tether as the majority holder is pushing for some kind of 3-way merger deal, and the stock's been climbing. Pretty interesting timing honestly.

Jack Mallers has been pretty quiet lately so this caught me off guard. The whole thing with Tether being involved adds another layer to it. Not totally sure what the endgame is here but when you see Tether making these kinds of strategic plays, usually means something bigger is cooking.

The merger details aren't super clear from what I'm reading, but Mallers' capital firm apparently stands to benefit from this. Worth keeping an eye on how this plays out. These kind of institutional moves in crypto usually signal something shifting in the market structure.

Anyone else following this or just me? Curious what people think about Tether's strategy here with Jack Mallers' company.
