These days, the group is again sharing screenshots about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and those "de-pegging" rumors, which make my head buzz. To put it simply, the attention economy is just using your emotions as fuel; when you're anxious, you want to click links, rush to change positions, and in the end, it's not the market that gets hurt, but your quick hands.

I've now set a very simple rule for myself: when I see a hot topic, I don't place an order right away. I first put my phone aside and go pour a glass of water. When I come back, I only do two things—check if the source is the original post or official, and if not, treat it as noise; then take out my hardware wallet and press the confirmation button (yes, I rely on this to stay calm). For anything that requires "immediate" action, I assume it's a scam or an emotional trade. I'd rather miss out than pay tuition to scammers again. Anyway, as a small retail investor, living longer is more important than rushing to make a move.
