You really should drink in moderation, and it's best to quit alcohol altogether.

Recently, a friend of mine developed severe acute pancreatitis with abdominal cavity effusion and bloating due to long-term heavy drinking, and has been hospitalized for four or five days.
He used to drink heavily every day, about ten or more bottles per meal.
There were no warning signs; he suddenly fell ill and collapsed.
He has been in pain at the hospital for several days and can't sleep, and he probably needs to stay in the hospital for about a month...
After being discharged, he can't be exposed to high-fat, high-salt foods or alcohol anymore. 😐
