Wu said that Capital B announced a private placement issuing four attached warrants (ABSA) to raise €15.2 million, with global institutional investors including Adam Back and TOBAM participating, and each ABSA issued at €0.66.


If all warrants related to this transaction are exercised, the company will issue an additional 92.16M common shares, raising approximately €99.1 million.
Capital B stated that the proceeds from this financing will mainly be used to increase Bitcoin holdings; combined with ongoing operations, the company can acquire an additional 182 BTC, with a potential total holding reaching 3,125 BTC.
