Tianyancha intellectual property information shows that recently, Shanghai NIO Automobile Co., Ltd. applied to register multiple trademarks including “NIOBOT,” “NOMIBOT,” and “NEOBOT,” with international classifications covering dining and accommodation, social services, and others. The current trademark status is all pending substantive examination. The company was established in May 2015, with Qin Lihong as the legal representative, a registered capital of 3 billion USD, and business scope including investment activities with self-owned funds, investment management, wholesale of auto parts, etc., fully owned by NIO Holding Co., Ltd.
