Information overload, to put it simply: whether it's the constant messages in the group or KOL long articles, in the end, the one who clicks buy is yourself, don't blame others for your impulsiveness. The more messages there are, the easier it is to get carried away, especially when seeing consensus like "waiting for confirmation," I tend to stop first—recently, cross-chain bridges being hacked, or oracles giving false quotes, isn't that enough warning? When your account gets drained, group chats won't help you cover the margin.

What I don't regret is: every time I want to chase a trade, I first turn off notifications, sleep on it, and only buy if I still want to after waking up; if I don't want to buy, then forget it. You can follow someone, but don't outsource your decision-making.
