Iran has firmly rejected dismantling its nuclear facilities in any future negotiations with the US, according to the WSJ.

A leaked Iranian counterproposal to the US peace plan reportedly includes:
1. Refusal to dismantle its nuclear facilities
2. Transfer of a limited portion of enriched uranium out of the country while diluting the remaining stockpile
3. Continued control over the Strait of Hormuz
4. Unfreezing of all Iranian assets
5. Removal of US sanctions
