I can't hold spot positions for long, as soon as it goes up a little I want to sell; futures are even more ridiculous, a slight shake and I open a big position and get liquidated... Honestly, position management boils down to one thing: don't bet with money that affects your sleep. Treat spot like saving money, buy in several installments slowly, and you can buy more when it dips; for futures, at most take a small position as a "trial fee," set your stop-loss first, don't rely on willpower. Last night I saw the funding rate was almost extreme, and in the group people were arguing whether to reverse or keep squeezing the bubble, I just lowered my leverage first, even if it means earning less. On the on-chain side, I also casually did some batch interactions, saw someone spend two days' worth of gas on one swap + approve... Cursing aside, I still clicked confirm, oh well.
