This is the third time I've seen someone rush in to follow a "whale wallet" after just glancing at it...


Now I actually want to pause first: is this position for building a position or for hedging?
Sometimes it looks like a large buy-in, but on the other side, they open a reverse position, or just move the risk somewhere else, and following along turns into taking on volatility for them.

Recently, there's been talk about some region raising taxes and tightening regulations, then loosening them again, causing deposit and withdrawal expectations to shift.
Whales prefer to do hedging and repositioning, which basically isn't guiding retail investors.
Anyway, I'm still the same as before—I'd rather miss out than chase after on-chain shadows, waiting for the market to show its direction before acting.
