New York State Teachers Retirement System Increases Holdings in General Mills, Inc. $GIS
The New York State Teachers Retirement System has increased its stake in General Mills (NYSE:GIS) by 12.2% in the fourth quarter, now owning 430,941 shares valued at over $20 million. Several other institutional investors also modified their holdings, with a significant portion of the stock (75.71%) currently owned by hedge funds and institutional investors. General Mills recently reported Q1 earnings per share of $0.64, missing consensus estimates, and its revenue declined 8.4% year-over-year.
