Our newspaper report (Reporter Wei Shani Na, text/photo): Recently, the “Future of Employment—2026 National City Joint Recruitment for College Graduates (Guilin Station) Spring Job Fair” was held at Wanfu Square, Xiangshan District. The job fair received a total of 300 job seekers, with 201 offline employment intentions reached, 1,300 recruitment materials distributed, and nearly 60,000 people watched the live online broadcast.

At the event site, job seekers lined up in long queues, creating a lively atmosphere with orderly conduct. High-quality enterprises from various industries gathered together, including private companies, small and micro enterprises, and individual business owners. The recruitment positions were diverse and rich, covering professional skills, management, and service sectors, meeting the diverse employment needs of job seekers.

This event was organized by the Xiangshan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, hosted by the Xiangshan District Employment Service Center, and co-organized by Guangxi Mingshi Human Resources Co., Ltd. The person in charge of the recruitment fair introduced that this event features both “broad coverage” and “precise matching.” Whether it is recent college graduates eager to start their careers, or veterans, migrant workers, poverty alleviation laborers with employment needs, or registered unemployed and older workers facing employment difficulties, all can find suitable job information and receive dedicated employment assistance on site. The event adheres to the principles of “inclusive and public welfare,” providing free services for job seekers and employers throughout the process, using practical measures to solve employment problems and ease labor pressure. It is understood that next, Xiangshan District will continue to focus on the employment needs of various job-seeking groups, regularly carry out precise recruitment and employment assistance services, and continuously expand employment channels and optimize employment services for job seekers.
