Do you ever have that feeling, when the group chat is flooded with "Hurry up and buy in," and my mind starts to heat up... But upon calm reflection, the ones who always make impulsive purchases are myself, not the group or the KOL. If a KOL makes a wrong statement, at most they delete the post; the loudest voices in the group might change their narrative the next day, anyway, they’re not the ones losing money.

I'm now quite Zen: treat information overload as noise, if I really want to look, I only check whether the protocol can generate its own value and where the income comes from, don’t take a bunch of screenshots as the fundamentals. Recently, RWA and US Treasury yields have been brought up again to compare with on-chain yield products. I also look, but only as a reference. The more "risk-free" it seems, the more cautious I become... I’d rather go slow, at least avoid stepping into a minefield.
