$LAB – Warning of Concentration Risk and Sudden Collapse Risks

Recently, information has appeared indicating that about 98% of the total $LAB supply is held by 8–9 large wallets, most likely directly related to the project team. Only about 2% remains in the hands of the community.
This is an extremely risky signal.
When the supply is concentrated in a small group of wallets, they almost completely control the market structure. Prices can be driven up rapidly to create FOMO, liquidity may appear “healthy” on the surface, but in reality, it lacks natural distribution.
📈Why Do Prices Fluctuate Strongly?
• Low circulating supply means that even a small amount of buying can significantly push prices up.
• The team holding most tokens can control the pace of increases and decreases.
• High volatility due to a lack of balancing forces from the free market.
In such models, prices can rise irrationally for a long time. But the problem is: when these large wallets start selling off, the selling pressure will completely dominate because there isn’t enough liquidity to absorb it.
📉Worst-Case Scenario
If information about token concentration continues to spread and investors start losing confidence, it is highly likely that:
• Small holders will panic sell
• The team or whales will take advantage to distribute
• Prices will drop sharply in a short period
Models controlled by a group of wallets often end very “brutally” — deep and rapid declines, leaving no time to react.
👉Current Strategy
• Check token allocation before entering a trade.
• Monitor large wallets and on-chain flows.
• Avoid FOMO when ownership structure is too concentrated.
• Manage capital tightly if still deciding to participate.
