Crypto KOLs兼职卖牛肉丸,是炒币不赚钱吗?

1. Making money from trading is hard to sustain: The crypto market's bull and bear cycles are too intense. During the 2017-2018 bull run, many made huge profits. But when the bear market hit, many got liquidated, wiped out, or even went into debt. The big crash in 2022 (Luna, FTX, etc.) also took a toll on many. Although there are signs of market recovery by late 2025, volatility remains high. Not everyone can make steady profits; more people are "making money but not holding onto it." Income from KOL shoutouts, ads, and pump promotions also declines with the market. During bear markets, project budgets shrink, and KOLs have a tough time.
2. Diversified income is a smart choice: Many crypto enthusiasts are not all-in on crypto. Selling beef balls might be a side job, a passion, or simply a stable cash flow. Compared to relying solely on market sentiment, real-world businesses are more reliable—people buy beef balls every day, but crypto prices don’t necessarily go up every day.
3. Not all KOLs are truly wealthy: The crypto KOL scene is highly stratified. The top-tier (early entrants, strong real trading) are indeed financially free. But mid-level KOLs rely on project promotions, paid groups, and referral commissions, and their income drops sharply in bear markets. Some are even "debt KOLs," appearing glamorous on the surface but actually maintaining their persona through borrowing money. Part-time selling snacks to supplement income is quite down-to-earth and not shameful.
Overall, this reflects the harsh reality of the crypto world: trading can make you rich quickly, but sustained wealth is much harder. Smart people leave a backup plan and do solid, real-world business. Beef balls smell good, eating them feels solid, and it’s much better than staying up all night staring at K-line charts.
