In the past, everyone thought that a "one-person company" was just a fantasy, that one person couldn't possibly manage a team of dozens of people.

But now that AI has appeared, I’m starting to believe that in the future, there will really be a one-person unicorn.
If it were me, I would create a crypto media outlet operated entirely by AI.
Right now, what most project teams lack isn’t really the product, but the ability to continuously produce content and attract traffic.
In the past, doing these tasks required hiring copywriters, designers, editors, and operations staff, plus someone to monitor data daily; a team’s monthly costs were very high.
Now, one person can rely on AI to handle all of these tasks.
I would have AI track Twitter, Reddit, TikTok, and on-chain hot topics 24 hours a day; as soon as a topic starts to go viral, it would immediately generate long articles, short video scripts, memes, news summaries, and automatically translate them into different languages to post across various platforms.
Many things that used to require slow testing by a team can now be completed entirely by AI.
In the past, the biggest cost for many companies wasn’t actually doing the work, but communication. For example, meetings, revisions, waiting for responses, which often wasted a lot of time.
But AI doesn’t need these; it can work all day long and handle dozens of tasks simultaneously.
I believe that in the future, many companies won’t be “bigger teams,” but rather “one person controlling more and more AI.”
Even the next billion-dollar company might have no office, no employees, just one person, a computer, and a complete AI system.
