"Divine power cannot overcome karma" is a teaching from Buddhist scriptures, but there is no saying that "karma cannot overcome vow power." This is a modern motivational slogan, but human emotions and consciousness indeed possess great energy. Vow power can influence future karmic results and transform circumstances.

When doing anything, one must first make a vow; the results can be incredible. However, vows should benefit sentient beings; altruism is the correct vow. Selfish and self-centered vows will backfire.
Vowing to earn money is acceptable, such as earning more to support parents and care for family. Having surplus wealth allows for charity to the poor, supporting monks, and cultivating blessings—these are correct vows.
Vow → Practice → Dedication, cultivating wisdom, peace, and joy.
