Mars Finance News, Hong Kong CITIC International Auction “Spring Art Treasure Auction (Part Two)” has started, with the core lot Lot 61 “Five Dynasties Sha Yao Green Glaze Tomb Seat” officially valued at HKD 400 million to 600 million, attracting significant market attention.
Previously, the Sha Yao system had a transaction record of about HKD 380 million, forming the initial price anchor for this system.
This 400–600 million valuation range is an orderly upward exploration based on the existing anchor point, demonstrating the market’s continued recognition of this asset class and the systematic expansion of the price range.
Chairman Huang pointed out that the significance of the auction lies not only in the transaction results themselves but also in continuously establishing a widely recognized reference system through market mechanisms.
