Anthropic Taps SpaceX Cluster, Raising Pressure on Bitcoin Miners' AI Pivot
Anthropic reached a deal to use SpaceX’s Colossus 1 facility, adding more than 220,000 Nvidia processors and 300 megawatts of capacity within a month. The agreement adds a large new rival to Bitcoin miners that are trying to turn powered sites into AI and high-performance computing businesses. CoinShares said listed miners could generate as much as 70% of revenue from AI by the end of this year, up from roughly 30% today.
