To strengthen the construction of financial rule of law and improve the legal and regulatory framework of the central bank, the People’s Bank of China has organized the revision of four normative documents, including the “Measures for Handling City Commercial Bank Bank Draft Business Based on Large-Value Payment Systems,” and has drafted a consultation version.
