Many people, after "awakening," will face a series of major choices, such as changing cities, changing jobs, changing countries, cutting ties, or even redefining their life direction. This is not impulsiveness, but a reluctance to settle anymore. The essence of awakening is to break the passive, conformist life pattern and start questioning: Is this truly what I want? Is it worth continuing? When you see clearly the mismatches, unfairness, and even foresee unfavorable outcomes for yourself, you can no longer pretend not to see; you can only make a choice. This usually stems from three points: values no longer align, self-awareness improves, and time consciousness awakens. So you must decide: continue to consume or restart your life trajectory. Awakening doesn't make things easier, but it makes you face yourself more honestly.
