Abstract generation in progress

In recent years, the number of drones owned in our country has continued to rise, and application scenarios are constantly expanding. However, some individuals operate drones to conduct flight photography along railway lines, engage in agricultural and forestry activities, and other activities, due to weak safety awareness and improper operation, intruding into high-speed rail line areas or illegally flying over railway lines, seriously affecting railway transportation order and endangering the safety of high-speed rail operation. The Ministry of Public Security announced today typical cases of drone interference with railway safety investigated by public security authorities this year.

The public security authorities remind the general public that behaviors such as drones intruding into railway lines and the designated control airspace on both sides, and flying over railway lines, violate laws and regulations such as the “Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People’s Republic of China,” the “Provisional Regulations on the Flight Management of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles,” and the “High-Speed Railway Safety Protection Management Measures,” and shall be subject to administrative penalties according to law; if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility will also be pursued according to law. Drone users should strictly abide by laws and regulations, operate in a standardized manner, fly legally, jointly maintain low-altitude order, and safeguard railway operation safety.
