According to FinanceFeeds, the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority has issued an investor warning to the operating entity BB Trade Estonia OÜ of the Polish crypto trading platform Zondacrypto, stating that it did not publicly disclose a white paper on its website when launching the TeamPL token, violating EU MiCA Article 9, Paragraph 1, regarding ongoing disclosure requirements. No fines have been announced yet. At the time of this warning, Zondacrypto is under investigation by Polish authorities due to issues with user withdrawals and a dispute over access to approximately 4,500 BTC cold wallets.
