Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 10th, according to Cointelegraph, Strategy CEO Phong Le stated that the company will only sell Bitcoin in two cases: one is to pay an 11.5% dividend on Series A perpetual preferred stock (STRC), and the other is for deferred or offset tax purposes, with the sale contingent on improving the per-share BTC metric. Co-founder Michael Saylor previously stated during the earnings call that if BTC’s annual average increase exceeds 2.3%, the company can rely permanently on BTC appreciation to pay dividends without diluting equity.

Currently, Strategy holds 818,334 BTC, worth over $66 billion, making it the world’s largest publicly listed BTC reserve company. Le pointed out that the approximately $60 billion daily trading volume of BTC is sufficient to absorb the company’s annual dividend payout of over $1 billion, and the sale will not cause significant market impact.
