Sanfangxiang: Helen Petrochemical's 3.2 million-ton plant is shut down for maintenance
Sanfangxiang Announcement, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Helen Petrochemical’s Phase III PTA production facility with an annual capacity of 3.2 million tons will undergo routine maintenance and shutdown according to the annual plan, and is expected to resume production around May 25, 2026. In addition, Helen Petrochemical’s Phase II 1.2 million-ton annual capacity unit has been shut down since October 2023 due to land use reasons, and the Phase I 1.2 million-ton unit was shut down in August 2025 due to market impact. The company stated that this shutdown and maintenance are not expected to have a significant impact on operating performance, and relevant information will be disclosed in a timely manner for investors’ reference.
