This newspaper, Shijiazhuang, May 9 (Reporter Shao Yuzhi) The China Computing Power Platform Computing Power Marketplace – SME Zone launched on the 9th, rolling out diversified payment models such as charging by “card hours,” “core hours,” and tokens, and supporting SMEs to flexibly access computing resources through cross-region and cross-cycle scheduling.

The zone builds its functional sections around three areas: matching supply and demand for computing power, empowering industry scenarios, and implementing policy subsidies, providing inclusive computing power services for SMEs. Among them, in the supply-and-demand matching section, the zone brings together diversified computing resources, advanced model capabilities, and professional service forces, enabling one-stop procurement of computing power resources, models ready to use out of the box, and rapid deployment of training and inference environments through pathways such as the “Model Creation Space” and the “Computing Power Base.” At the same time, the zone establishes a “1+N” pairing and support mechanism among large, medium-sized, and small enterprises, promoting large enterprises to precisely empower SMEs with idle computing power and professional technical experience, forming a favorable ecosystem of development driven by the larger ones and supported by the smaller ones, with coordinated growth.

On the same day, the 2026 Conference on Inclusive Computing Power Empowering the Development of SMEs was held in Xiong’an New Area, Hebei. The conference has the theme “Computing Power Benefits Enterprises, Intelligent Sparks SMEs,” and is hosted by the China Communications Standards Association and organized by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology. Enterprise representatives from across the upstream and downstream of the industry chain exchanged views around cutting-edge topics such as high-performance storage, compute-storage coordination, the integration of computing and networks, and large-model computing power, exploring innovative approaches and practical solutions for inclusive computing power to empower SME development.
