Viewpoint Network News: China Merchants Shekou’s Yijian Apartment · Gaoxin Community officially launched on May 8, marking its first large-scale, end-to-end self-operated rental community in Hefei.
According to information, the project is located in Hefei High-tech Zone. It will build a total of 2,734 high-quality rental housing units, with a total planned gross floor area of approximately 126,900 square meters. The plan includes 9 rental residential buildings, and it is also equipped with about 3,000 square meters of community commercial space and 1,688 square meters of elevated shared space.
The project builds a composite community ecosystem of “living + socializing + growth,” and sets up supporting facilities such as a vibrant fitness center and immersive audio-visual spaces. It aims to create warm, livable living scenarios for new urban residents and young groups, and also to provide a practical sample for Hefei’s construction of affordable rental housing.
