I can never seem to hold onto my spot positions, and with contracts I always think, “just open a little bit”… In the end, even that little can get me liquidated—I'm done for. Later, I tell myself something that actually makes sense: live first, then make money. Don’t go all-in on your position at once—save some ammo / keep a calm, “sleep well” mindset—so even if the direction is wrong, you can still exit the position and step back. Recently, funding rates have gone to extremes, and the group is arguing again about whether to reverse or keep squeezing the bubble. My understanding is pretty much like the weather forecast: when the wind is strong, don’t stubbornly hold up the umbrella—fold it halfway first. I’m tired, but I’m still here. Take it slow.
