Recently, someone has been watching large on-chain transfers and hot/cold wallet movements on exchanges and immediately saying "Smart money is coming/going." I've seen it so often it’s a bit tiring… Honestly, most of the time it’s just moving, reconciling, and risk control—don’t let it scare you.

Now I prefer a compromise between Layer 2 and the mainnet: small, frequent transactions are done on L2 to save gas and peace of mind; for long-term storage or large amounts, I still use the mainnet as a "vinyl master tape," slower but more reliable. I no longer chase the cheapest cross-chain/bridge fees—just less hassle, fewer signatures, and less anxiety.

I no longer seek explanations, I accept randomness. Anyway, don’t get emotional, don’t hold all your assets in one place—the wheel will turn on its own.
