1. Logic as Subtraction: Cut Out Noise, Focus on Core Signals
• Common pitfall for beginners: the more indicators they pile up and the messier their messages become, the more chaotic it is. Essentially, they haven't formed their own core logic, relying on "information stacking" to cover up uncertainty.
• Experienced traders' approach: reduce trading logic to only the most essential framework, treating other indicators and messages as noise to be filtered out.
• Key insight: Technical indicators are "summaries of past data," inherently lagging and misleading; real trading isn't about blindly tinkering with indicators, but waiting for trend breakouts and logical collapses as "inevitable signals." There are only two states: 0 (do nothing) and 1 (act decisively), with no middle ground.
2. Training Must Be Ruthless: Strip Emotions from Trading
• Most people "understand the market but can't act," because they are hijacked by human nature (hesitation, greed, fear of loss). A single distracting thought during order placement can distort their original logic.
• Top traders' training is essentially "counter-human": embed stop-losses deep in their bones, cut losses without hesitation when the time comes; let rules guide take-profit points, exit at the right position, and never greedily hold on.
• The more a signal requires hesitation and repeated deliberation, the more likely it is a trap; genuine opportunities should be instantly recognizable and decisively executed.
3. Cognition Is an Island: Wealth Flows Only to Those with Logical Closed Loops
• The market's essence is a wealth transporter: it moves money from those with insufficient cognition and chaotic logic to those with a closed logical system and clear understanding.
• A trading closed loop depends on "rigorously practicing foundational logic + a tightly integrated practical system," not on watching a few short videos or listening to motivational quotes.
• Those who truly make money are lonely; they stick to their trading rules, and their account profit-loss curve reflects their most authentic cognition.
