Coinbase Says USDC Distribution Deal With Circle Renews Every Three Years in Perpetuity
Coinbase CFO Alesia Haas said the USDC distribution agreement with Circle renews automatically every three years in perpetuity. Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal said the contract terms are already established and Coinbase expects to continue the partnership with Circle under the same terms.
