For many mainland Chinese friends, the core "watershed" in personal ability comes down to two things:


1. Having sufficiently strong English skills and the habit of reading primary sources in English, rather than only consuming second- or third-hand filtered versions of global information within an information cocoon.
2. Whether they can use AI, especially correctly utilizing the world's state-of-the-art models, using prompts, deploying and calling agents, managing multi-model and human-AI collaboration, rather than just asking simple questions.
