Just looked up this Fortnite streamer Clix and honestly the numbers are insane. Dude's only 21 and already sitting on like $27M net worth. Started his whole career from a gaming PC his dad helped him get, then won the Fortnite World Cup in 2019 and never looked back.
His real name's Cody Conrod and he's from Connecticut. What's wild is how tall is cody conrod anyway - he's like 5'9", pretty average height but the guy's got the skills to back up the hype. Makes around 1.1 to 1.5 million a year from YouTube (3.6M subscribers), Twitch streams, tournament winnings, and brand deals. The tournament money alone is crazy - like $112k from that World Cup, then $80k from FNCS Finals.
Kind of inspiring actually. Kid went all-in on gaming while still in high school, his parents backed him up, and now he's one of the richest esports players out there. YouTube channel's been running since 2017 and just keeps printing money. Not bad for someone who could've easily gone the traditional school route.
