Consensus 2026 panelists said blockchain privacy and AML can coexist through wallet address-based forensic tools that flag illicit funds without revealing user identities. Rajiv Bamra of Moody’s said a hybrid model of private and public chains may become mainstream, while Shange of ChangeNOW said address behavior analysis could complement KYC.
