Recently, among my muscle training friends, there was a discussion about comparing EAA, so I did some research.

There are so many types of EAA supplements that it's hard to choose, but it largely depends on whether you prioritize ingredients or taste.
In terms of ingredient efficiency, Myprotein's Impact EAA is quite excellent.
The essential amino acid content is 79.6%, with zero carbohydrates and zero fats.
It has 28 kcal per serving, so you can drink it without worrying even while building your body.
However, there are reports of a bitter aftertaste, so it's suited for those who don't mind the flavor.
On the other hand, if cost performance is the priority, F&W EAA Lemon Flavor isn't bad either.
It costs about 55 yen per serving, with an essential amino acid content of 83%, which is high.
Since it's a large quantity, it's easy to continue, and it often ranks high on EAA comparison sites.
But this one is also said to have a strong aftertaste.
If you choose based on flavor, VITAS EAA Kiwi is said to be easy to drink, like juice.
The refreshing taste of kiwi masks the characteristic bitterness of EAA.
However, the essential amino acid content is only 65.7%, which is low, and it contains 5.8g of carbohydrates, so it's not suitable for those who prioritize efficiency.
In the end, you can only compare and choose based on whether you prioritize ingredients, taste, or cost performance.
For those undecided from spring to summer, this might be a helpful reference.
