This event focused on key new fields such as e-commerce, health and elderly care, and domestic services. Experts were invited to give specialized presentations on industry development trends, market prospects, employment and entrepreneurship opportunities, and talent demand standards, helping graduates clarify their career directions. Meanwhile, the event also invited successful entrepreneurs to share their entrepreneurial experiences on-site, impart problem-solving ideas, and provide students interested in starting businesses with replicable and learnable experiences. Additionally, experts conducted targeted practical guidance on resume optimization, interview skills, and career planning to help graduates enhance their employment competitiveness.

During the event, a special recruitment matchmaking fair was held simultaneously. The Gansu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security organized 26 well-known companies in fields such as e-commerce, health and elderly care, and domestic services to recruit on-site with over 1,200 job positions. Company representatives interacted face-to-face with graduates, introduced job details, salary packages, and promotion opportunities, and collected resumes and organized interviews on the spot. The participating companies received a total of 446 job-seeker resumes from graduates, reached 256 tentative employment agreements, effectively broadening employment channels for graduates.

Next, the Gansu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security will continue to deepen the campus employment service initiative, increase activity efforts, carefully refine employment service details, precisely match job demands, and safeguard graduates’ employment and entrepreneurship.
