Just saw that IMC Trading, one of the big Dutch market makers, brought on Alex Casimo as their Chief Commercial Officer for the crypto side. He literally just started in London this week. Interesting move considering he was COO at Portofino Technologies before this and has Citadel Securities on his resume too. So basically they're getting someone with solid institutional background to scale up their crypto operations. IMC's already trading on like 50 exchanges with around 3 billion daily volume, so Alex Casimo joining them signals they're getting serious about the institutional crypto space. Makes sense given how much traditional finance is pushing into digital assets these days. You seeing more of this kind of talent migration happening?
