BlockBeats News, May 9 — Trump has spoken intensively on multiple topics over the past 24 hours, including the Middle East, tariffs, AI, Russia-Ukraine, and extraterrestrial life.

Regarding the Middle East situation, Trump stated that if the current situation “does not make progress,” the United States may restart the “Freedom Plan,” and it will be an “upgraded version.” He also said he expects to receive an official response from Iran to the U.S. agreement proposal. However, upon returning to the White House, Trump did not respond to whether he has received Iran’s reply.

On technology and markets, Trump praised Dell computers as “great” during a speech at the White House Rose Garden and directly suggested the audience buy them. As a result, Dell’s stock price surged nearly 14% intraday on Friday, hitting a record high.

Regarding trade policy, the U.S. Department of Justice has filed an appeal against the latest defeat in Trump’s tariff policy. Previously, the U.S. Federal Trade Court ruled that the 10% global tariffs implemented by the Trump administration were “illegal.”

On economic data, Trump boasted about U.S. employment figures, claiming that 115k new jobs were added in April, and mocked that “more than 90% of Bloomberg economists underestimated the strong momentum of Trump’s economy.”

On Russia-Ukraine issues, Trump said that Russia and Ukraine have reached a three-day ceasefire agreement from May 9 to 11, including a pause in military operations and the exchange of 1,000 prisoners of war.

Regarding military deployment, Trump stated that some U.S. troops stationed in Germany are being considered for transfer to Poland, and he said, “Poland will like this.”

On AI regulation, sources revealed that the Trump administration is preparing to introduce a new AI safety executive order, requiring U.S. government agencies to cooperate with AI companies to counter AI-driven cyberattacks, but it will not require advanced models to undergo government approval.

Additionally, Trump announced that the U.S. government has publicly released the first batch of UFO/UAP (Unidentified Flying Object/Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) files and said he has ordered relevant departments to disclose government information related to “alien life” to achieve “full transparency.”
