So the DOJ just dropped a bunch of Epstein files and apparently there's this unverified allegation floating around that names Clarence Thomas. Like, someone claiming to be an Epstein victim sent an email to prosecutors saying Thomas allegedly assaulted her as a child, but here's the thing - zero evidence, no investigation, nothing actually happened with it.

The complaint also involved some mobster Johnny Martorano supposedly saying something about Thomas, but again, totally unsubstantiated. Prosecutors just logged it as part of standard procedure when they got the email last August, which makes sense - they have to document everything. But the fact that it's in the Epstein files doesn't mean anything came of it.

What's wild is how much raw, unverified stuff is in these releases. The DOJ literally acknowledged internally that the Epstein files are full of claims that don't establish any actual wrongdoing. So Clarence Thomas gets named in an allegation with no corroboration, and it becomes a headline just because the files went public. Kinda shows how messy these massive document dumps can be - separating the actual evidence from the noise is a whole thing.
