If you want to keep the inside of your car clean, a car cleaner is really a helpful item. Fine sand and trash can be bothersome, but borrowing one at a gas station is a hassle, and having your own is definitely more convenient. This time, we compared and tested nine popular car cleaners based on four points: suction power, ease of maintenance, usability, and noise level.

The first place goes to Makita's rechargeable cleaner CL107FDSHW. This is great because it can be used not only in the car but also in the room. Especially since it uses a paper bag, making maintenance easy. When the trash accumulates, you just throw it away directly, without getting your hands dirty. The suction power is also excellent, able to completely clean dust from genuine leather seats and mats in just half a pass. Perfect for people who often have pets onboard.

The second place is also Makita's rechargeable cleaner CL106FDSHW. This one features a capsule system, which is attractive because it doesn't incur additional costs for purchasing paper bags. It has high suction power and a large dust collection capacity, reducing the frequency of maintenance. Its stick shape makes it versatile for indoor cleaning as well.

The third place is VOLCANO VC360, an auto-backs car cleaner. Designed specifically for cars, it comes with a variety of nozzles. It has high suction power, allowing thorough cleaning in every corner of the vehicle, and includes an extension hose for hard-to-reach areas.

Fourth is Mitea Lab's "MyStick Neo." Its operating noise is 69.2dB, which is quiet. Ideal for those who want to use it early in the morning or at night. The main body is also lightweight at 389g, making it easy to handle. However, since its dust capacity is small, frequent trash disposal is necessary.

Fifth is UOOTPC's handheld cleaner, which boasts a weight of just 336g. It features a blower function to blow away dust from gaps. It also has an LED light, making it easy to see in dark areas. However, with long-pile mats, there may be some residual dust left, so you might need to switch depending on the material.

Sixth is Iris Ohyama's rechargeable stick cleaner SCD-160P-T. It's convenient because it can be used both indoors and in the car. It has high suction power, and its stick shape makes it easy to clean every corner. Weighing only 662g, its lightweight design is also attractive.

Seventh is also Iris Ohyama's rechargeable handheld cleaner, focused on strong suction. It comes with a charging stand, making it easy to manage indoors. However, its operating noise is 83.3dB, which is relatively loud, so daytime use is recommended.

Eighth is DOFLY's handheld cleaner, which features a flexible hose—a rare feature. It makes cleaning complex places like under the driver's seat easier. It also has an LED light for visibility in dark areas. Weighing only 543g, it is lightweight.

Ninth is YAMAZEN's handheld cleaner ZHJ-340. Its main selling point is its quietness at 64.4dB. However, its suction power is relatively weak, and since it runs on batteries, you need to replace the batteries. It’s suitable if you prioritize quiet operation, but may be insufficient for those seeking strong suction.

When choosing a recommended car cleaner, balancing suction power and ease of maintenance is important. For indoor and car use, stick-type models are suitable; for dedicated car cleaning, small handheld models are better. Choosing a cleaner that fits your usage will help keep your car interior always clean.
