Recently, everyone has been talking about AI Agents for automatic order placement and on-chain interactions. To put it simply, the more automated it is, the easier it is to give away permissions. Don't be lazy about security. If your asset volume is small and you're only transferring occasionally, I think a hardware wallet is sufficient: offline signing, straightforward for daily use. When your assets grow and you need to authorize contracts frequently, multi-signature feels more like a "process": keeping two keys separate, one step for transferring, one step for multi-party approval, it feels more secure. I see social recovery as a disaster recovery plan, suitable for those afraid of losing their seed phrase, but you need to think carefully about how to choose guardians and whether they could collude. Anyway, don’t let “automation” do your risk control for you.
