Many people are confused when choosing EAA supplements, right?

I’ve also recently become interested and actually researched various popular EAA products, and I was surprised by how many different types there are.

Whether you prioritize ingredients, taste, or cost performance, your selection method changes quite a bit.
Myprotein’s Impact EAA has a high essential amino acid content of 79.6%, and its low calorie count of 28 kcal per serving is attractive.
However, there are also opinions that it has a bitter aftertaste.
On the other hand, Different’s F&W EAA is excellent in cost performance, costing about 55 yen per serving, and has a high content rate of 83%.
In taste rankings, kiwi-flavored VITAS EAA and peach-flavored AMBiQUE are reputed to be drinkable like juice.

However, products that prioritize taste tend to have more carbohydrates, which can reduce ingredient efficiency—there’s a trade-off.
Ultimately, depending on your fitness goals and whether you can continue daily, the top recommended products in rankings will vary from person to person.
Personally, I feel that when looking at EAA recommendation rankings, the correct approach is to first clarify what you prioritize, then choose.
It’s efficient to look at the overall balance of ingredient analysis, taste, and cost performance to find the best EAA products.
