Recently, I've seen a bunch of posts about re-staking / shared security again, with yields stacking up like a layered cake, making my hands itch and my heart feel guilty… To be honest, the ability to stack yields may also add risks and illusions: the same underlying collateral is "borrowed" by different protocols for security, and if something goes wrong on one side, the chain reaction could be faster than my impulsive order.



What's even more funny is that these days, hardware wallets are out of stock, phishing links are everywhere, and everyone is shouting about security awareness while clicking "Authorize All" on yield pages… I’m now testing with a small position, giving as little permission as possible, preferring to earn less than to turn myself into a joke.
