Been looking into crypto swap platforms lately and honestly there's way more options than I realized. So I figured I'd share what I found since a lot of people seem confused about where to actually swap without getting rugged.

Started digging into SimpleSwap first since it's been around since 2018. No signup required which is nice, and they've got like 300+ coins you can trade. You can use Visa or MasterCard to buy crypto directly, which beats having to move money around. They even launched their own token with cashback rewards. The app works on iOS and Android too.

Then there's Changelly - been around since 2015 and it's basically the same vibe. Non-custodial, super minimal, and the fees are crazy low at 0.25%. Takes like 5-30 minutes to settle. Over 170 assets listed. Another no-signup platform which honestly seems to be the trend now.

StealthEx is interesting because they position themselves as the privacy-focused option. Launched in 2018, wallet-to-wallet transfers, no personal info needed. They've got 400+ coins and the transactions are anonymous. Only takes Visa and MasterCard though.

SwapSpace seems to have the biggest selection - 750+ exchange options and over 200k pairs. No limits on how much you swap. Takes 5-60 minutes depending on volume. Accepts Visa, MasterCard, GPay, and Apple Pay which is more flexible than the others.

Then there's 1Inch which is different because it's a DeFi aggregator, not a traditional crypto swap platforms operator. It's DAO-governed and pulls liquidity from multiple DEXes to get you the best rates. Has its own token and you can do yield farming if you want to get passive income.

Honestly the main takeaway is that crypto swap platforms have gotten way more accessible. No signups, instant swaps, low fees. The choice mostly comes down to which coins you want to trade and which payment methods work for you. Anyone else using these or sticking with traditional exchanges?
