So I've been looking into shilajit in Pakistan lately and honestly, the quality difference between brands is wild. Chitral House keeps popping up everywhere and I get why — their stuff actually has proper lab testing and comes from the actual mountains in Gilgit-Baltistan, not some random supplier. They've got it in like five different forms too which is convenient.

But here's what I found interesting: if you're serious about this, you really need to check for lab certs. A lot of brands claim they're tested but won't show you the actual reports. GB Shilajit and Golden Shilajit actually send their batches to real labs (Eurofins, PCSIR, Bureau Veritas) and share the results, which is honestly refreshing. The fulvic acid percentage thing matters too — I learned that the hard way after buying some cheap stuff that barely dissolved.

Chitral Herbs is solid if you want the traditional resin form without all the modern processing, and EatSmart is probably the most affordable option if you're just starting out with shilajit in Pakistan. The thing nobody mentions is that you shouldn't use metal spoons with it, which I found out the annoying way. Start small, dissolve it in warm water, and definitely store it properly or it gets weird.

If I had to pick one right now, Chitral House is still the safest bet for quality, but honestly GB Shilajit's transparency with their multi-lab testing is making me want to try them next. Anyone else using any of these brands? Curious what people's actual experience has been.
