Just saw this Jake Claver XRP prediction floating around again - apparently he's calling for $10,000 per coin by early 2027. Look, I get why people love hearing this stuff, but the math just doesn't work. Crypto X AiMan broke it down pretty well: if XRP hits $10,000 with 61 billion tokens in circulation, you're looking at a market cap north of $600 trillion. That's literally bigger than global GDP. Come on.

I'm not saying XRP won't moon, but let's be real about what's possible. The Jake Claver prediction gets shared everywhere because it's exciting, but it's setting people up for disappointment. Even if you compare it to Bitcoin's current market cap, XRP would realistically hit maybe $24-30 range - still solid gains, but nowhere near that $10,000 fantasy. That's the kind of take that actually matters when you're thinking about real returns versus hopium.
