OfficeCLI, no need to install Office to operate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files in the terminal. Creating, reading, and editing are all possible, which is very friendly for automation scripts.
The coolest part is, after installing it, AI programming assistants like Claude Code and Cursor will automatically be able to manipulate Office files, essentially giving AI a plugin.
Usually, if you want to batch modify Excel, generate Word documents, or process PowerPoint presentations, just write a script and run it—no manual clicking needed.
