According to Beating Monitoring by Dongcha, the latest report from AI research organization Epoch AI shows that the per capita revenue of Anthropic and OpenAI has reached approximately $9 million and $5.6 million, respectively, surpassing all tech giants on the Forbes Global 2000 list.
In comparison, the currently highly profitable industry leader Nvidia has a per capita revenue of about $5.1 million. This calculation was made by Epoch AI based on media reports and the average growth rate of employee numbers. The report points out that when a company’s annual revenue reaches the scale of hundreds of billions of dollars, it can still maintain rapid growth in per capita revenue, which is very rare in the history of technology.
This indicates that leading AI companies with extremely high talent density and computational leverage are creating a breakthrough in capital efficiency that surpasses the limits of traditional software enterprises.
