/ Current Real-World Asset tokenization is database migration, not innovation. Blockchain serves as a high-latency ledger for off-chain assets, independent of smart contracts.

/ True progress requires assets legally inseparable from their code, not digital replicas of traditional securities trapped in legal promises and special purpose vehicles.
/ Tokenized assets multiply counterparty risk by adding layers: broker, issuer, auditor, oracle. An enforcement gap persists because blockchain cannot reflect physical reality, like property seizure. Most offerings restrict trading to accredited investors, undermining decentralization and creating slower, centralized exchanges disguised as innovation.
/ Real value requires shifting from mirroring legacy assets to originating native on-chain utilities. Decentralized infrastructure, computing power, and data serve autonomous agents better than tokenized stocks. These assets generate verifiable, on-chain revenue through code, eliminating the need for legal intermediaries to validate transactions.
/ This is key in my opinion. Atomic settlement enables real money flow. When logistics sensors trigger micro-payments via escrow contracts, the revenue remains on-chain and serves as collateral for ecosystem loans. Verifiable on-chain cash flow reduces risk and anchors decentralized finance in real-world productivity rather than off-chain yield pushed by gatekeepers.
/ The future demands programmable cash flow and autonomous assets managed by AI. Hardware-level oracles, zero-knowledge proofs, and legal zones recognizing blockchain ownership are essential. Traditional finance has adequate ledgers. Crypto's value lies in architecting a new economy where money follows native utility rather than transcribed legacy assets.
